Refunds & Cancellation

A Workout Roads single trip is a one-off purchase of a digital route pack — your suggested routes and GPX files are generated and made available to download immediately.

Refund position

Because the route pack is a digital product delivered as soon as your routes are generated, purchases are generally non-refundable once the routes have been delivered. Semi-Pro Limited may issue refunds for duplicate billing or a clear service error.

When a refund may be considered

• Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
• You were charged but no usable routes were delivered because of a service error on our side.
• A billing error caused by the service.
• Local consumer-law rights that require a refund.

When a refund is usually not offered

• Change of mind after the route pack has been delivered.
• Dissatisfaction with the route suggestions where they were generated as described from the inputs you provided.

Recurring plans

If a recurring plan is offered in future, you will be able to cancel through your billing management flow or by contacting support, and cancellation will stop future renewals. Payments for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable except for duplicate billing or clear service error.
