These terms govern access to Workout Roads at workoutroads.com, a cycling route-planning service that generates suggested routes and downloadable GPX files matched to a training session. Workout Roads is operated by Semi-Pro Limited (Hong Kong).

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who uses Workout Roads. By using the service or purchasing a route pack, you agree to these terms and the related policies linked from the site.

What the service does

You give Workout Roads a starting location and the parameters of the session you want to ride, and the service generates suggested cycling routes and downloadable GPX files intended to match that session. Features may change over time, and some features may be in active development.

Route safety and accuracy

Routes are computer-generated from third-party map, road and elevation data. They are suggestions only — they are not surveyed, supervised, or guaranteed. Actual road conditions, traffic, surfaces, gradients, closures, hazards, and the legality or safety of riding any given road may differ from what the route shows.

You are solely responsible for assessing each route before and during your ride, for riding within your ability, for obeying all road rules and local laws, and for your own safety, equipment, and decisions. Workout Roads does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, rideability, or safety of any route, and is not responsible for any incident, injury, or loss arising from riding a suggested route. Always check current conditions and ride responsibly.

Accounts and access

Most purchases do not require an account. Where access credentials are issued, keep them secure; you are responsible for activity under your access. We may restrict access for misuse, non-payment, or security concerns.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with its operation. Do not reverse-engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass access controls, scrape the service, upload malicious or unlawful content, or resell or redistribute generated routes and GPX beyond your own personal use.

Billing

A single trip route pack is a one-off purchase. Current prices and what you receive are shown at checkout before payment is taken, and payment is processed by Stripe. If any recurring plan is offered, its renewal cadence and a way to cancel will be shown before you subscribe. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Intellectual property

The Workout Roads service, branding, design, and software are owned by Semi-Pro Limited or its licensors. Generated routes and GPX files are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Underlying map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and other map providers, used under their respective licences.

Service availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workout Roads is provided on an as-is basis. Semi-Pro Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including any loss or injury arising from riding a suggested route. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be posted on the site with an updated effective date.
